About this project

Shangri-La Resort is a responsive website redesign and development project completed as the final project for Intermediate Web Communications (CPRG-218). The goal was to transform provided client content into a modern, dynamic website that improves the overall user experience of exploring a beach resort online.

The project involved designing and building a fully responsive multi-page website using semantic HTML and CSS, while integrating data-driven elements such as live weather for Cancun, Mexico. It focused on applying strong visual hierarchy, accessibility, and front-end best practices, while meeting technical constraints like file size optimization and performance across devices.
