Printed Nightmares

About this project

This project consists of three cohesive horror movie poster designs that each explore a distinct horror subgenre while maintaining a sense of visual coherence. The objective was to use design to communicate various atmospheres and moods while preserving a consistent overall style. As I developed the piece through research, experimentation, and revisions based on peer feedback, I focused on how layout, typography, and colour choices affect the viewer's perception. The end product is a well-balanced collection of designs that effectively distinguish each concept while functioning as a unified collection, demonstrating advancements in both technical execution and deliberate visual storytelling.
