About this project
My TrAIner is a health and wellness application designed to unify nutrition tracking and exercise planning into one seamless platform, eliminating the need for users to juggle multiple apps. As part of SAIT’s IDDxET Design Consultancy Initiative, I supported the team by developing clear, accessible brand directions that reflected their goal of creating a friendly, accessible, all-in-one fitness companion app. I’ve been closely involved in helping shape the direction and structure of the initiative itself, so working with this team was an especially rewarding extension of that effort.
Problem
The My TrAIner team needed a cohesive visual identity to communicate their concept effectively. Their early ideas lacked consistency across themes, symbols, and tone, making it difficult to convey the balance between fitness and nutrition that defines their app.
Solution
I collaborated with the team to explore bold, simplified visual motifs that fused both the fitness and nutrition sides of their product. Through guided iterations, we developed clean, approachable logo concepts built around bright colours, fitness symbols, and organic shapes in a modern, readable style. These directions provided the team with a unified brand foundation and set a clear visual tone for their ongoing development.
