About this project

Lore is an app that turns your photo library into a visual autobiography. You dump in photos, it clusters them into "chapters" of your life automatically, and lets you annotate, reorder, and share them as a beautifully designed living storybook. Not a photo album. Not a journal. Something in between.

The UX angle: photo apps organize by date or AI tags. Lore organizes by narrative, it finds the story in your photos, not just the metadata.

Research backing: reminiscence theory, narrative identity psychology, and the difference between storage and meaning-making.

Light, warm, editorial. Moderate detail, not sparse, not cluttered.
